weekly noah: four

My little nono bird turned 4 weeks old yesterday (tears) and a whole month today.  I decided that not much would change in one day, so I would save myself a whole lot of trouble and only do one post... Please don't be angry with me.

It's funny how much I am learning about this little guy in such a short amount of time... I feel like I am taking a Noah crash course.  I may have mentioned it before, but Noah is such a noisy baby.  He squeaks and squaws in his sleep or while he's awake.  He gets the hiccups several times a day for at least 10 minutes at a time.  He is so very expressive and has even started smiling at people from time to time.   When he's not sleeping (or sometimes while he is sleeping) he desires to be in an upright postion so that he can look around and make eye contact with whomever is around him.  He wiggles constantly and is always trying to whip his little head around to see whats going on (no matter how much head/neck support you are trying to give him).  I discovered two new things about Noah this week that are literally fantastic.  He loves water time and to be swaddled with both of his arms out.  Both of those things are super calming to him and make me and Jonathan's lives so much easier when it comes to calming him down.  Finally, my favorite part... he is still such a cuddle-bunny!  He loves to be all nuzzled up next to someone, which will probably be problematic in the future but I am enjoying it before it is.
