23 weeks

How Far Along: 23 weeks ish... my doctors are playing with the thought that I am a week ahead.  Not just based on baby boy's measurements, but based on the earliest ultrasounds and dating  I told them based on MY dates that couldn't be possible.  So I am standing with my "23 weeks", but according to my doctor's chart it says 24 weeks.
