How Far Along: 35 weeks (35 weeks 4 days by my Doctor's calendar)
Size of Baby: 5+lbs (he is possibly close to 6, but the measurements start to get less reliable when there is less space).
Total Weight Gain: 22lbs (I didn't gain any weight this week... isn't that nice?)
Maternity Clothes: yes, yes, yes.
Gender: boy
Movement: hiccups every day and now his little bottom likes to jut out on either side of my belly button. It looks so weird and feels pretty interesting as well.
Sleep: still not much, but I have been trying to catch a daily nap lately because I am just so exhausted.
What I Miss: stomach sleeping. I bet if I could lay on my stomach I could sleep a WHOLE lot better!
Cravings: none
Best Moment this Week: getting the car seat in the mail and imagining our little boy in it. Also finding out that I didn't have to be admitted into the hospital... that was pretty nice!
Blood Pressure: still doing pretty well in this area, but it was 128/80 this morning which is a little high, but still in normal range. I will keep an eye on it.
News from the Doctor: Baby boy looked awesome (sorry no pics today). He has grown bunches, especially in his belly and head. haha. Anyways, my amniotic fluid levels were at a 7.25 (which is GREAT) and means I get to stay pregnant a while longer. THANK YOU LORD! I am however, moving to bi-weekly non-stress tests on top of my weekly OB appointments and my specialist has decided to switch me from lovenox once daily to heparin shots twice a day since our little guy is engaged head first in my pelvis and literally pounding at the door to come out (if you know what I mean). So I am still all go for a trial of labor, but this is all dependent on those pesky fluid levels and that my blood pressure continues to cooperate. I also had my very first non-stress test with this baby and he scored perfectly, which further indicates that our baby is doing well. So yay! Looking forward to starting a new week and a little more waiting around for this little guy!
