Noah's grandmother, known to him as Nannie, turns 66 today! In honor of her birthday, Noah and I took a day trip to the most-Western terminus of the world famous
Route 66, which just so happens to be down the road from us at the Santa Monica Pier. It was a gorgeous day and the beach was super crowded, but we enjoyed our stroll along the boardwalk and even had a little picnic. It would have been better if we could have celebrated the day with his Nannie, but since she is in Texas this will have to suffice until we see her again.
Happy Birthday Sweet Nannie! We love you!
